Tried all the fixes. 2nd time attempting to buy this game since pre-ordering. The game still fails to launch from steam or the executable. Hoping for a thread that addresses this issue but not able to find one. Probably going to be returning it again. only game I own out of 650 that doesn't launch on my PC.
