i was playing undercover, light went, i turn on electricity and hack again, then i got a 15 minute hack stuck.
I saw this was an already report bug on 2016 and it still happening.

Yeah unfortunately, there were numerous complains and attempts at fixing the softlock issue but unfortunately it can still be an issue under very precise conditions.

I assume you got the electricity being cut right before the end of the download right ?

Yep, electricity was cut and then i got softlock.
