It's been happening on and off for a while now, long before I started using mods. Some heists the alert icons just are not there at all. I've tried changing settings, uninstalling mods, but nothing's worked.

Anyone else encountered this? IS there a fix for this or is this just an annoying bug I'll have to deal with permanently? Thanks for any help in advance.
