I have scarface Character Pack dlc ,but i don't have a chainsaw that belongs to this dlc

Was it unlocked for you before? I presume you're at least level 23 (it's not available to use under level 23)?

Are you looking in the melee section? It's just a normal melee weapon that looks like a chainsaw.

Should be here in the list, assuming you're high enough level to have all the melee weapons unlocked.

Are you able to select Scarface as a character? If not, there's obviously an issue with your DLC.

Get level 23, then check if it is there again.

Since when do you own the DLC and did you get it from Steam or a 3rd party seller?

i bought a Legacy Collection key from a 3rd party seller yesterday

As Andole says, you need to be level 23 to get access to the Chainsaw.

An easier way to check if the DLC is working is to see if you can play as Scarface. If you can play as Scarface, then the DLC is working and you just need to get to level 23 to get the Chainsaw.
