Hello, loving the game but the freezing makes it tough to get into. I ignored it but now it's causing me to die on the end of The Die is Cast and it's making me sad. Like the title says, I go from 120fps to random drops to 70-90 which causes the whole game to freeze for a sec.

I have an rtx 3080/12700k and playing on 4k res. DirectX11 since Vulcan causes all sorts of shadow flickering. Tried messing with all sorts of settings but with no luck.
