Received a newsletter today with a link to free training DLC for Tales of Arise but you can only pick between Xbox & Playstation codes :(

Yeah, I just saw this too. I don't think it'll remain console exclusive though. We still got Thursday for when the free update DLC drops.

Free update DLC?

Yeah, Free update DLC will include 3 bonus fights for the new weapons, an easiest difficulty and an "Unknown" difficulty (harder than Chaos). It was announced in the 3 Oct stream.

If it's 3 fights then it might be the same thing as the "training DLC" then. I don't even know why they spit it off into free DLC rather than just including it as a free update.

Maybe, but the main point was that it was an SAO crossover so also maybe not

Hoping we get this as well, if not something isn't right.

Excited for a higher difficulty. The game is way too easy even on Chaos. I'm not even a particularly good player, I just need a proper challenge in my veins.

Totally agree with this. I love this game, just really more longevity out of it and I can play it for a long time. Really hope the Unknown difficulty is like 10 times harder than Chaos.

If you find this game easy on Chaos, then you're underselling yourself by claiming you're not a particularly good player. :P
