i was playing vrchat and there were these 2 crashers being ♥♥♥♥♥ as usual and then i got crashed, but now on my pc 1, my internet starts, then 2, it either goes to 1 bar or just says no internet entirely, it connects back, 3 this process loops indefinitely. is there any fix? its not affecting other devices, and i got homework to do so please help asap

Nope not VRchat's fault.
That's your internet service provider or anything between your modem to their servers.
