Point is, you're taking what are essentially party/social games seriously.

I go around playing in an avatar that makes me blind where i can only see using my stick / near my hands while also using avatars with crazy stuff, like spawning a farris wheel, rollercoaster, etc.

There's actually a lot to do if you know where to look.

Horror: At least a dozen Backrooms worlds, some classics like Haunted Asylum, waves of Halloween worlds each year, and two high-quality Mario 64 iceberg worlds.
Exploration: See horror examples above, plus a ton of liminal space worlds. People have also recreated everything from 80's/90's bedrooms to Kmart.
Puzzle/Escape: There are a lot of good ones out there to discover.
Party games: Yeah, these get stale after a while.
PvP: Tried Steel and Gold with a group once, the lobby descended into absolute chaos after one person popped smoke and everyone else started using GogoLoco and effects.

Your remark is fair, but misplaced. That is a hardware limitation, sadly.

Only the simpliest games that have servers and all its players physically present in a house next to yours can give a perfect latency. Otherwise, you get a layer after layer of engine/hardware/distance induced latency, which is literally not something you can fix unless you donate all your money to improve hardware and connection between all links involved.

Vr chat, as a platform, since a few years already, has some big issues when it comes to quality content, and not just "pvp" games.

Mostly due to how the lack of tools-and old updates breaking worlds- and current investors point their fingers at, the Community doesnt work Together as before, and most of the content is half finished stuffs that ends up being abandoned, made by 1 or 2 guys only.

Things like worlds ends up quite touched by this, so you mostly find only worlds to take pictures, sleep and watch movies, because they are easy to make compared to the real thing. You end up seeing people focusing on avatars and... most of them looks the same or are the same due to how limited and barely shareable are the current work. There is barely any passion, just bunch of people fighting each others for few bucks.

Vr chat is appearantly dying in content.

This can be easily analyzed (if you dont have time to check everyworld and stuffs) in what content vr chat show outside of the game (videos or pictures for ex), altough they always just touch the surface of the wound; its always the same, of the same type. There is big issues rn.

I mean, you're not wrong.

At times I do come back and explore those new horror maps , but that's about it.

If you're bored, that's your own fault. Vrc has plenty to do, and plenty more to explore. Honestly I have more fun sat around ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about with friends in random hangout worlds.

Yeah I was in the same situation befor and then I bought FBT and just dance. Never get boring
