I start up the game (Mac) create a new game and enter all my settings including choosing "New to Civilization" for the advisor setting. I jump into gameplay and the advisor literally says absolutely nothing. She pops up on screen when the gameplay first starts and then disappears for the rest of the time I am trying to figure out what to do until I "retire". I know this is a bug because my brother also picked up Civ 6 (Windows) over the holiday, and the advisor in his game jabbers on and on almost without stopping. Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this something that just has gone unaddressed for 5 years (found an unresolved thread from 2017 here on Steam talking about this exact same issue)?
