Why is getting support for a game crash such a maze. I can't seem to tell where I'm supposed to go to get help as why my CIV VI game crashes while I play it. I seem to have all the requirements, but it's hard to tell as when they say "such and such or later" then how can I know if what I have is an appropriate later or compatable.
