I'm aware that there are already threads about this but not of the solutions offered in any of them have been helpful. What seemed to be the most likely to help suggested deleting the AppOptions text file in my Documents>MyGames>CivilizationVI folder but no such text file exists. I also can't change the resolution of the game because the button to confirm the changes appears past the bottom of my screen. I've also already disabled all my mods and verified the game files in Steam. This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating. It was working fine the last time I played.

I also only had a few hours to pay this week and I just spent all of it researching this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue.
