How did coop die out so fast? I can never find anyone and never get summoned,

They all moved to the seamless co-op mod.

Sadly indeed, But I do get summoned quite often RL 70 +12+5

I think the new zelda game killed it. I was getting summoned constantly up until that game dropped, then elden ring suddenly felt dead af. That and it's getting old, the spike from the sale in December dropped off, etc.

How are you going about it exactly? I'm RL200 and I've beaten every boss, and I still get summoned about every 2-10 minutes, depending on the time of day (effigy, near and far).

I can imagine this. For me the moment I saw a video of a hacker who was able to ruin peoples safegames I knew I will never play this online.

Yeah I tried taunters tongue out of boredom when I couldn't find coop... I never really knew what people meant when they said things like "full bull goat double poke bloodhound step cheese" but I found out real quick.

It´s unfortunate yes since even though I´m mostly a pve player I would have dipped into pvp here and there just for fun but when people are able to mess with your local savegame then no way. I just don´t want to take any risks, since I don´t know what else these hackers could possibly do.

i get summoned immediately. its about drip, if your character looks generic and boring you will get hard passed, if you look fly af you will be chosen just like real life (not that youd know)

More like if you look like a metaslave you will get passed over immediately. Playing with metaslaves is boring...

My level 150 characters get summoned quickly and often.

It is possible to have mismatch between your level and weapon max upgrade level
and you will find yourself out of range of most players, including invaders.

Also don't forget to activate summoning pools and send your sign far.

I'm calling ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and I don't particularly care if he was lying or not, he was glorifying exactly the wrong kind of behavior (hacking and cheating).
