Yes, if you buy Endwalker u get Stormblood, Shadowbringers and Endwalker. A Realm Reborn and Heavensward are free. You might be able to buy codes for SB or ShB from some shops, but why do that?

ARR + Hw is included in the free trial but they aren't free. You still need to buy the starter edition + Endwalker.
