So im starting only on my 4th career now in FM21, and decided to go for Boavista. This club has no scouts. So first thing I went for is the staff search. However, Im only allowed to offer part time contracts to them (and full time to any other staff, it being physio, recruitment analyst, coach, etc...)

I had a similar situation with another club: zulte waegem in belgium, which is also a fully professional club. I never managed to change it there, which made me quit that save in frustration. Anyone else who has encountered this and knows a fix?
