I did it on Marrakesh just now. Start as Elite Soldier, grab Agency Sniper. Go outside school, climb up pole, wait for Zaydan to go upstairs, take the shot, climb down, run to and climb up shoe shop i think, take shot at Hugo and it fails.

Pretty sure you don't need Silent Assassin and I'm only shooting once for both of them.

Did you get 'spotted'? That fails SA. And it can be quirky.

Don't need to hide bodies, or care if they are found. If you haven't been spotted then I don't know.

did you get spotted doing something illegal or in a trespassing/hostile area? Unless you are playing on casual, with very few exceptions, all disguises treat sniper rifles as illegal.
Also, you can't kill any non-target. One last thing, did you finish the mission by using an exit after both targets died?

Only difference between sniper assassin and silent assassin, is that non accident bodies (be it a target or not) can be found in sniper assassin (besides the obvious of kill every target with a sniper rifle).

Obviously SOMETHING happened. As far as I know, I didn't trigger a trespassing or have anyone see me at close range with the rifle out. I can take screenshots if you want but I only fired two times, one for each target. Could someone have seen me from that kind of range?

I don't really know how to explain the whole thing.

I took the briefcase from the agency pickup in the corner outside of the school to the building opposite the school with the pipe, took out the sniper rifle, climbed up and over to other ledge and waited, took the shot through the broken boards as he's going up the stairs, climbed back down, put the sniper rifle in the briefcase, nobody saw me pull it out or put it back in, and then as I described for shot #2 made my way to the tallest nearest building across from the consulate in the town market square.

It doesn't take long to do so I can try again. But again, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What sniper rifle did you use? the Seiger 300 Ghost or its reskins (Seiger 300 Arctic, The Concrete Sniper Rifle, The Ornamental Sniper Rifle, and The White Ruby Rude Sniper Rifle are all reskins of the Seiger 300 Ghost) are the best sniper rifles without body penetrating shots. Though admittedly, you do need to do a headshot to kill someone from afar with those guns.

Tried it with the Sieger 300 Ghost. Failed there too. Only 2 shots were taken. I didn't even lose SA until I got almost to the Carpet Shop which is where my second shot is taken from.

This is my not zoomed in angle, and I drop the rifle immediately after taking the shot.

It sounds like you're being spotted. Unless you record it for us to see, you'll have to look at the score break down to see what counted against you.

I'd need to create a youtube account unless there's somewhere else I can upload a raw video. The Hugo shot isn't easy so it would probably take a couple saves and reloads.

I found this. I'm doing it in the opposite direction but exactly the same. I'm gonna try taking a briefcase with me instead of a pickup like he did and see if it works.

uh, I think he said "sniper assassin" not Silent Assassin.

I thought sniper assassin is as easy as only use sniper rifle for all targets?

What are the first letters of Sniper Assassin?
