Dear Devs,

Since you are already working with unlockable permanent shortcouts in the levels, it might me a idea woth considering to make unlocks of found keys permanent too.
Having to search the level for a specific key (, that you did already find before, ) in order to exit a community contract with a specific locked exit is kind of *meh*.

Maybe Agent 47 is able to create copies of keys that he found :-)

No one would prevent you from searching the key again and again everytime if that is what defines your Hitman experience.

Wouldn't the addition pretty much remove the point of specific exits? The challenge of locked exits is specifically that they are locked.

What I would like to be more permanent are key codes - they don't change each playthrough, which means that finding them again is not necessary when replaying the game. Still, I tend to forget at least some of them. Being able to store them in "intel" permanently after taking a photo or locating it would be handy.

I bet OP uses instinct and all HUD markers too.

I dont need HUD and instinct, i am a hardgore gamer. I just play a video of someone else mastering a level and then imitate every move that person does in my playthrough like the real pros do.

@wormerine. It could be mapped to a equipment slot (keyring), like it is done with the crowbar. Then there would be a associated disadvantage and it would be ignoreable (even opt in).

For specific challenge missions it could then also be disallowed, then you would at least know beforehand that a key has to be searched in the level.

Make kills permanent and be done with it. If you killed a target before, it should instantly and automatically be killed in the same way when you play the level again.

You did it once already after all.

The perma-shortcuts are some of the worst additions to the game, they look completely out of place and ruin immersion. They also make no sense for where they are in most cases.

The only thing worse is the new keypad input design.
