Hunter Trials Are Broken

Like the Ravager and Thunderjaw one no matter what the ravangers turn red again

Maybe if you explained a little more others might be able to actually help you. I've never had any problems with any of the Hunting Grounds Trials, but if you're having problems with over-ridden machines turning hostile then you must be repeatedly damaging them. If you keep damaging any over-ridden machine then it will, eventually, revert to being hostile.

During this particular Trial you need to pay attention because once you over-ride the two Ravagers they will quickly start attacking the Thunderjaw, but the multiple Watchers in the area will also start attacking the Ravagers so you need to deal with the Watchers ASAP and then help the Ravagers take down the Thunderjaw. With all the machines running and jumping around etc it can quickly start to get confusing as to which machines are doing what and you can easily lose track of what's happening. It's best to deal with the Watchers while you're going around to over-ride each Ravager, that way you take the Watchers out of the main fight before it gets started, leaving your two over-ridden Ravagers to deal with the Thunderjaw without interference from the Watchers. Once the fight is down to just the two Ravagers versus the Thunderjaw make sure to position yourself so as to avoid accidentally hitting either of the Ravagers.

EDIT: Apologies but I forget to mention the two skills that increase override duration. Combat Override increases the override duration by 50% and must be learnt to unlock the follow-up Combat Override+ which overrides a machine indefinitely.

EDIT 2: Correcting typo.

Controlled machines turn on you again if you damage them. (or if you don't have the skill for controlling machines properly upgraded) Be careful where you shoot.

I think the best way I found to do this is to control ravager on the right, then since he would start fighting the thunderjaw, I quickly ropecasted the thunderjaw down, then since the 2nd ravager saw me I had to ropecast it down too to control it. After that I just spammed the thunderjaw down with ropecasts so it wouldn't damage the ravagers too much and got in whatever other damage I could while the ravagers dealt with the random watchers and got in damage. The problem seemed to be at first ravagers would get decimated by thunderjaw and die too fast which is why I turned to ropecaster. I think one of the ravagers did turn back from taking too much damage at one point and managed to ropecast it down and control it a 2nd time in the middle of the fight. It does help a lot on this one to have the skill for unlimited control time of machines, so at least you only have to worry about them taking damage.

Thanks I beat it I just controlled the Ravages then I froze them with the Thunderjaw and just killed all of them
