They're not legit.

Isthereanydeal only lists LEGAL sellers. They ban grey market sites from theyr listing.

Yes, lets simp developers. The same developers who do not trust us, do not want our input while over the years letting us know what they really think of us. First it was DRM, then it was micro transactions in literally every space, then it was even offline games need an internet connection all while releasing games in alpha state, promising the moon and delivering years later in a handful of dozens of releases.

For Canadian its $21.44 on steam, and on humble bundle it's $19.79 also if you have humble bundle choice it drops to 17 so it works out great.

I'm not worried about drm, plus PC is fast enough to cap at 144 or higher if my monitor supported more.
Also should point out it's not on sale on GOG rn so it's definitely not cheaper.
