I think being able to buy someone else's house that they flipped/renovated would be good as long as they're using official content and no workshop stuff.

Not enough content according to devs to support MP.
Maybe they will consider it one day just for the fun for players.

I have several friend who has been waited to buy this game, but they only want to do that, if multiplayer is available.. Guess the game would become even more popular if multiplayer/co-op would be an option!
