Hello, when i start a game i was 100-110 FPS full ultra but 1 hour late, 40 fps and GPU used a 50%
Idea for me ?

try adjusting your FoV to 100 > 110

Performance is garbage for a lot of us and it doesn't matter what your PC spec's are. Even high end PC's have abysmal performance.

It's been five weeks since release and the lack of attention to the performance issues is a slap in the face.

You have to understand that it takes a long time to fix bugs and fine tune performance. It's not like they change 2 or 3 lines of code and it suddenly boosts FPS for everyone by 30. It can take months.

for the OP if your seeing that big a drop sounds like a Memory Leak issue which are always a pain

The bug is really weird anyway, early game I have 100 fps then 1 hour later I stagnate at 40 it's weird this story. At the beginning my CG is at 100% like all the other games and then it stays at 40%

The developers have been on the forums a lot. If you aren't reading the news, or what they post, that's on you. They're communicating very well considering how busy they are.

I'm not downplaying anything. I'm trying to be realistic, you aren't.

I've been watching movies since the 70s and I wouldn't claim to know how long it takes to shoot or to edit a film properly. Same thing applies here. Just because you've been playing games for about as long as I have doesn't mean you're qualified to decide how long it should take the developers to work on the game's performance. By your comments it's quite clear you don't understand at all.

You also have to understand that this game is NOT an early access title, even tho it should be obviously marked as one.

I understand completely. They decided not to go EA. I can't say it was a mistake to avoid the EA label, but the game does feel like it's an early access title and we can all agree it needs more work. The developers know that the game is buggy. They've admitted that they've made mistakes and that it was a rocky launch but they're working on it. It takes time. People need to relax and give them time to work. I'm just getting tired of people who think they know how long fixing performance, fixing bugs, or doing anything else should take when they really don't. It's even worse when they're demanding things be done immediately. Trust me, if they could fix everything quickly guarantee that they would.

I do appreciate that you aren't trying to claim they can fix things overnight. Thanks for writing a reasonable reply.

It's a thread about the game's overall performance. and they've explained what they've had time to do and why they haven't done any major updates, which would include working on the game's performance.

I am RTX3080ti, 3440x1440 resolution can only be set to "high", set to "epic" will make me lose interest in playing ...... even so Most of the time the fps will drop to about 50~60, ray tracing? That's just for screenshots.
