As anyone, who was at least age five at the turn of the century, knows TTales kicked off it's Lego franchise with the first two trilogy's.
As awesome as they were for the time they were brutal and featured none of tweaking that has removed many frustrations from the newer games.

So are these PS2 titles just being packaged along with the final trilogy or are the first six films redone with new stages?

Neither. It is an entirely different game built from the ground up. It is meant to be the definitive Lego Star Wars experience, not limited to the design philosophy or original form of the old games.

It will have completely new levels, it is a completely new game, not just a remaster of the original games

Thanks from the few videos I skimmed I couldn't tell if new levels or not but the characters were much more agile; like Luke performing a multi-hit Dragon Punch in the Millennium Falcon docking area.

the six 1st films are not lego star wars the complete saga remastered edition, they're redone and modernized , just see youtube videos and you'll see for yourself

i understand doing research but don't give em to hard of a time hes just asking the community a question... as far as i seen they redone everything and its all nice n fancy now but i have any first hand experience so i cant really say for certain
