No. You get Blue Milk Luke only if you buy the physical version of the game. If you'll preorder the game on Steam you will get the Classic Obi-Wan character in-game and you will have access to the Trooper Pack DLC on day 1.

They should sell Star Wars Blue/Green milk.. Minty fresh.

I just checked the retail here in Australia they don't even get the Blue Milk Luke they only get a classic characters pack.. (which is still better than PCs crappy trooper pack)

A bigger question is why is Blue Milk Luke not in the game as a playable costume??? so weird lol

I wouldn't be surprised if it's just an idle animation for the standard ep4 Luke, if not the classic version.

Maybe American only Physical copies.. I see no mention of blue milk luke in Aussie physical copies.
