Does the DLC add new levels or is it just characters? I have played previous Lego DLC and some of it gives you the characters plus levels themed around them. This just seems to be purely the characters only though while adding nothing extra to go with them. Can someone confirm?

Only characters. Note that the DLC characters also do not have any skills that the base game characters don't have already, and that they have no voice-acting either.

Yeah not for me then. I mean there are already just so many characters in the base game that more without anything else is not something I want. I would totally get The Bad Batch one if it had some levels based on the show.
