Because they didn’t add it to the game

Been playing with Remote Play feature with other lego games, went pretty good.

There are alternatives to remote play. Parsec for example. Works like a charm.

if you get punched in school by bullies and they get detention is that a solution no its a band aid. just like using other sources to have online in your game is a band aid for not having online.

If only every school could have no bullies, but it’s not that easy. In your metaphors these bullies would be in detention forever, because something like parsec is a free and permanent solution for being able to play online.

I'm still waiting to hear a decent argument as to why antiquated split screen is superior to the more modern online co-op we've seen from a much wider variety of games.

I'll start. Split screen is inferior because it forces each player to use only half their screen, negatively impacting their enemy awareness and gameplay experience.

The complete saga on xbox 360 had online play. amazing.
