DLC Skip In Mass Effect Trilogy?

What DLC have people skip in the trilogy or dispise to play the most?
I don't like the firewalker worst than mako. Why make it worst than the mako?
Shields are poor.

Well I haven’t played a large majority of dlc in mass effect 2 and 3.

I did Normandy crash site, zaeed revenge and Kasumi memory’s today and none of them seemed that bad.

I’m trying to get as much done as I can before Horizon because I don’t want to deal with mission timers just yet.

I've done all the ME2 DLCs at least once, but nowadays I generally eschew Normandy Crash Site, Firewalker and Overlord.

Although they are officially DLC, I always do Zaeed and Kasumi as I just think of them as extra recruitment/loyalty missions.

I very much like Lair of the Shadow Broker and always do it. And I generally but not always do Arrival.

If I could skip Zaeed’s loyalty mission and still keep him loyal, I would. Much cringe.

Normandy’s crash site is a huge waste of time. Having done it once, I see no need to ever do it again.

Arrival is also a huge waste of time. Skip or play, makes no difference in terms of Mass Effect 3, and it’s not like you need the experience.

1. Not sure what the issue is, but you do realize you can choose to save the workers and still get Zaeed to be loyal, right? The trick is to do it late in the game when you have the Persuade/Intimidate chops to pass a high-threshold check.

2. Yep.

3. I find Arrival makes a nice coda to the rest of the story. Not sure why you find it a "huge waste of time." Care to unpack? Just wondering.

The bad guy is a cartoon villain, the fork in the road is painfully crude and forced, and in general, the whole mission just plays out like a working prototype or rough sketch, rather than a finished work.

No substantive rewards: ie not a loyalty mission, no unique weapon, nothing at all to carry over to the next game. It's just a really indifferent story-on-rails (which, along with ME3, doodoos all over the game lore), and whether you play it or not, ME3 plays out as if you did.

So, no point in playing it a second time unless you enjoy it. I don't.

Why? hes mission is so quick to do, and funny when he drops the grenade.

Some freinds think there the worst of DLC, having too many missions can take fun from
The main game, making them seem like work.

Same.
I think every single time I play ME series I 100% it.
I'm even sad that Pinnacle Station didn't make it despite not really enjoying it at all.

I'm not a fan of Overlord, I just find the story uninteresting and the combat sections repetitive. Firewalker is tedious too.

Someone made a mod to bring that dlc back

Every DLC in bomb and totally worth playing! The only DLC that was maybe worth skipping back in the day was Pinnacle Station in ME1, but they didn't even include that in Legendary Edition so that's actually kinda good. Saves us time... It was a repetitive combat simulator (the maps were nice, though) and ME3 has a much better one in Citadel DLC, that's actually really fun and offers cool rewards and you have access to all squadmates from across the whole trilogy.

Uhh probably the hammerhead stuff in Mass Effect 2.. And most likely Overlord after one playthough due to hammerhead section.. Vehicle sections have always sucked in these games imo.

Hammerhead missions are 5 minutes long or so. So why not?
Also, Overload is awesome and essential for that extra dialogue / cameo in ME3. The only worthless DLC was Pinnacle Station back in the days in ME1 and that didn't make it in Legendary Edition. Glad it didn't.
