Its worth to catch and rise animals with bigger lvl?

higher animals often give higher raw materials, e.g. good animal skin, etc.

They seem to give the same amount of standard materials, meat, coarse hide, etc... lv 35ish boar or lv 55ish boar. I have 3 boar pens, where one of pen is located in the far west in level 60 area, so I know.

Other than that, different animals give different specific materials, Cutins, Big bones, catnips, etc. More dangerous animals like bears or tigers give more rare hides, but I just go out and slaughter rhinos or elephants instead of rearing the above mentioned (finding and catching them is an issue as they can be hard to find, need at least 3 with 1 male and 1 female included)....

Crocodiles are easy since it has a spawn point of interest. So I have a pen for it, I have to travel about 5KM(roundtrip), 3 trips...
