What is a good place to get high level if salt deposit for mining hut?
The salt camp by the river not have any salt vain for mining hut.

Even low salt deposit is fine like 0.2, select that instead of the metal ore(usually copper or iron). Eventually your NPC will mine up hundreds...

If want a large boost for your storage, just raid one of the salt camps. It's normal to take medium to long trips on your horse with wagon or cart for resources.

There's only so much salt one guild needs...

Once a guild can consistently make better food and quenching oil it tends to disappear pretty quickly relative to how long it takes to go out and clear a camp. I haven’t managed to find a dense salt deposit yet, but I just switch my miner over to salt whenever I don’t need iron.

If you can capture a level 1 quarry then I think that produces salt also, but from what I’ve heard it doesn’t produce a large amount with only a basic building.

the saltpits in the river mines have a tooltip coming up when u look at them maybe they add salt huts later... but since there only 4-5 salt "mines" along the river ... im not sure whats gonna happen in that department

What is the highest percentage salt mining hut anyone ever get? I set up my salt mining hut north west of snow mountain near my base, best I get is about 0.26

can you give me the cordinate? not sure what you mean by pits

look for mining spot along the river next to the saltpits .. there only 4 or 5 on the entire map (the Salt Camps if you want to call them that ^^)
