Our rights mean nothing.

Steam will decide what our rights are.

With 100+ hours played I think you can call it $30 or whatever it was well spent.

Just an FYI not one game you can play on steam is actually yours, Steam is in general a rental platform any and all games can be cut off at any time and aside the standard refund policy of 2hrs 2 weeks they are not obligated beyond that.

We all agree to this for every game we paid for.

You actually did rent it, you have never read a games terms of service in your life have you? You don't buy a game, you purchase a REMOVABLE license to use the software.

Meanwhile steam will keep it on here for years in your library even if they lose and you can join a private server or self host, so yeah you still get that, so steam will not pay you one cent. Just because you can't buy a new copy don't mean steam won't honor you old one. I mean their is people with Star Wars Galaxies still in their libarary. Hell I got 3 out of my over 300 games went off steam but i can still download them and play them, plus got my monies worth already out of them lol

Thats my question too.
I have at least 20 games i didnt/dont like and will never ever touch again. This game is awesome AND might get improved upon and added to even if they lose the court case completely.

Honestly the MANY ways i waste my money is staggering. In the case of this game zero regrets for the fun ive had and might have in the future. I get not everyone has disposable income but if money is really that tight should you be buying video games at all ?

If they lose the case which i am hoping they don't and are not allowed to sell the game to anyone else i would prefer a refund as i have not played it since testing it out at the start of purchasing it because my hubby was going to purchase it as well to play along side me and he is unable to now buy the game so if they lose, this is not a game i would ever play on my own.

Maybe they will be allowed to sell on other retailers, not just Steam. Then he could buy and you could host your own server and play together.
