Tried to verify again, got bluescreen, critical process died, and .exe file was gone

just installed today from my friend's backup file, no mod installed

It seems to be an issue with the Intel HD Graphics 520 adapter. You could try the following one at a time and see if any of it solves the issue.

Lower the game resolution
Turn off shadows
Turn off anti-aliasing
Lower the texture quality
Close other user apps and try to run PayDay 2 by itself

Is there any way to do this outside the game, because it will be crash after a few seconds after i press any button to start a game

One approach (for Windows 10/11) is: open Windows File Explorer and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\Payday 2. In that directory, there is a render_settijngs.xml. Values for texture and shadow quality are low, medium, and high. resolution="1920 1080" should wortk.
