Every few games, my audio bugs out and sounds weird. What do I do?

Also, I just played a game where I had the grey casing mode thing in the top right in place of police assault. I had my mask on and was shooting.

Sometimes, during the middle or later portion of the Bank Heist:Random, gold, etc., enemies will stop spawning.

I don't use any mods. Thanks!
