I check the crash.exe file and it says:

Go to E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\ and delete 1f2e08fcddfa1f54.bundle

After it verify your game again.

If it is still happening after verifying game files (and it it the same error), then your HDD/SSD is failing and you should replace it.

And the error message is still "error code 23: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" ?
