That was Phantom and he find us everytime hunt starting. He come exactly to our location. We DONT talk.

Phantoms can follow you around. So they are likely to start a hunt right next to you. However, if you get to a hiding place quick enough, he shouldn't be able to find you any more so than normal.

Ghost will follow you by sight (infinite range), noise (about 10-20 meter range) AND active electronics (8 meter range).

Make sure to be silent, break line of sight twice (if ghost spotted you) and shut off any electronics (flashlight included) before entering the hiding spot. Else it wil lwalk to the last known position and will search in nearby lockers/hiding spots and will get you.

Those numbers seem way off. For starters I am pretty sure the distance to notice electronics is fairly close to the distance it can hear you talking, if not the same. Secondly 20 meters is way too big, that would mean a ghost could hear you any where in tanglewood if it was on the same floor as you.

It was on willow. Ghost spawn on kitchen/garage and come exactly to me. I was basement in hiding spot near fuse box

The ghost can't hear you on a different floor. So if it came to you from upstairs, it was just a random coincidence.

If not distracted by other players noises, ghost also may decide to check better the last hiding place the targeted player was, even if far away. That's why it can get dangerous to hide too often in the same place.

The two things you should probably know are:

1. A ghost has a chance to remember a players last known location at the start of a hunt.
2. Phantoms ghost specific ability, is to path to a specific player when it activates, after leaving an EMF trigger at their starting point, and just stare at them.

So considering that you were dealing with a phantom, and hiding in the room where the fuse box was, there was a very good chance it followed you to that location, marked it as your last known location, remembered where you were, and triggered a hunt.

For example, one with a phantom, it walked out of it's starting room, where myself and another were hiding behind a door inside a room, walk down the hall, down the stairs, and straight to the locker room where my wife was hiding and search it for about 15 seconds before the hunt ended.
