Hey PZ people, I've been wondering lately if anyone has ever attempted to turn pz into a game without zombies. Something like a normal "every day simulator" if that makes sense. I mean, resources are there. Imagen pz as a game where you get up, go to work, eat, buy a car, rent a house, stuff like that. Is there by chance any pz servers that work that way? Would be awesome if someone could clear me up on this.

I haven't ever tried it, but Customizable Zombies sounds like it might do what you want, just set all the spawn percentages to 0 if that's possible.

I think i have seen a couple mention playing without zombies in the discord not sure if they are still around, if thats how you want to play do it. You could try it on real time lol.

I have played without zombies but its just not the same as with other players/npcs..

I mean, the basics are there, but you'd have to remove a whole lot more than zombies before it starts remotely making sense. Like, why is there a car wreck every couple intersections, sometimes with dead bodies scattered around it? What's up with those boarded up houses with bodies inside and empty bottles of bleach? Unless you live in a seriously bad part of the planet, this isn't a normal everyday thing. :)

So, could you? Sure. After all, I've even seen this done with Arma servers in the past.

Has anyone done this? No idea, I've never heard of it.

Might work well once NPCs are released in the future. Currently with the NPC mods based on old build code it's not going to be as fluid as you'd hope, but I have done it and it is possible sort of. It's still treated like an apocalypse no matter what, likely the same with the official NPCs as they don't plan on making any "before the zed" type of scenarios.

yeah, but if they do that, they need to make it SUPER realistic. Like add a button we have to keep pressing repeatedly to make our characters breath in and out. Add mini-games for eating (the more efficiently you chew your food the more nutrition you get from it). And walking would be like a rhythm game like guitar hero, where you have to press buttons in time with each footfall. In short, whatever they can do to make everything as tedious and timewasting as possible.
