Is anyone else having the issue of an error code coming up, freeze and then being kicked out at the purchase machine in the general store? When playing multiplayer, we often get ejected from the vehicles when trying to get out. It throws us all over the map. Also in the cars in my game do literal 360s in the air and bop up and down like their jamming to the greatest beats lol.

Hi, the vehicles flipping/ejecting issue is caused by desync in a multiplayer game, in the next update we are upgrading the game engine to UE5 and are hoping to fix some of these issues.
Please make sure that the player with the best PC specs and network connection/strength/reliability is the host.
Tips to reduce the effects of desync:
- Drive slowly when getting back to the Ranch, to give it time to load for everyone
- The host should drive where possible if the client is having issues with the vehicle, especially if it flies off into the air
- Stop the vehicle fully and wait a few seconds before the client gets out, to prevent them from teleporting a distance away
- Please make sure your PC is up to date, and you're not doing anything else that uses your network's bandwidth (eg streaming, or anyone else in the house accessing it)
- Limit framerate in the settings (eg to 60)

I'm not sure about you getting kicked out of the sales terminal though, haven't heard that issue before

Now I just got kicked out with the same error I get at the terminal when I exited the vehicle. I am not able to purchase anything. The other person in my game (multiplayer) has to do the purchasing and I'm the host. All my specs are great. Everything in my pc is up to date. We cant host on her pc because her game wont load at all since the newest update. How long will this engine change take?

I seem to have reached the limit to the game on buildings and animals. Frame rate has dropped to the level of unplayable. Vehicles are disappearing and general game play has decreased. I sold off all the animals on the ranch with still no improvement, so it seems there is a problem with the game being able to access the saved data. I reinstalled the game and put all settings to minimum and that did not help. I have over four hundred hours in playing and its within the past week after building out by the planting fields that the slow frame rates and errors began.

So far I only have issues with connecting trailers to my car and NPC cars turning upside down on roads. I solved the first problem by not taking trailer quests any more and not having my own trailer. The second looks rather fun, so I don't mind )

Having googled a bit around after losing a car to this today, I've seen you say this quite a few times. And while it's all sensible and true, why not add an option to at least recover vehicles? Pay 50 at the car dealer for example to have any of your owned vehicles "towed" and respawned there.

The nature of this kind of game and multiplayer jank in general means you'll never be able to fully eliminate these things, and with the one save system, not having an option to reset lost vehicles just opens the possibility of people getting their saves borderline bricked.

Now as soon as I get into ANY vehicle my game crashes! Its so hard to play like this. I cant buy ANYTHING or drive or ride to anywhere. The ONLY thing it'll let me do is work on the ranch now.

Ye, we had to stop playing because of the performance issues and bugs. We haven't seen much progress on bugs and issues yet sadly, only more content added.

I am surprised that this game was released (even early) with ALL the bugs and performance issues, especially for the cost. Its even worse that there are NO solutions to fixing anything. Occasionally a developer (usually same one) will comment, but usually with the same supposed solution that doesn't work.

Could you please email a dxdiag report and an explanation of your issue to support@excalibur-games.com
To create a DxDiag report, do the following
- Press the windows key + R on your keyboard to open the run console
- Type dxdiag and click ok to open the direct x diagnostic tool
- Once this has opened, click on "save all information" to save a dxdiag report

We'l check out the issue of her game not starting up since the last update

Also anyone else experiencing issues with crashing please just send us your dxdiags and we'll check it out - this isn't a normal thing and only happens to a small % of our player base.

As far as my (other player). She has been since able to get into her game. We played with her as the host. I got kicked out at the terminal with the same error prompt in her game as well.
