Where do I turn in the 64 planks for the farmer for the under construction mission?

I finally got it. had them loaded in the back of the UTV and parked right next to his porch. He saw it then, but it didn't work the first time i tried it. Was probably too far away. I did try putting them on the porch at his feet and he didn't take it. Tried putting them everywhere on his farm. Messed with it for over an hour trying to turn them in until I finally rammed his porch out of frustration and talked to him, lol.

Glad to hear you finally got him to take the planks! I find it odd that he didn't take them when they were outside of the vehicle though, I've definitely placed them on his porch before, and also on the path leading to the porch and he's accepted them.

It would be nice if there was some kind of a tip in the game where to put the planks. I had to search here on the forum, it is not intuitive. Especially since the count of planks remaining to bring does not change when I stack them on the porch. The farmer collects them all at once only in the end when I go through the dialog.
