would it be possible to have some method of saving the game when your in the middle of a run?so I can resume it later.As I may very well not draw that combination of cars in another run.

This game definitely needs a save / load ability. Games can take > 1 hour to play and this is not conducive for no saves.

I just returned my game. How am I supposed to play a longer session if there is no saved progress.

Support this one. And also a way to change the savegame location, so it can be saved on OneDrive or something, to share the progress between computers.

I love this game but I had to quit as I have not the time to sit through an entire session the hole time. It's really frustrating, i really hope there will be a safegame-update one day...

I've learned to live without a save (very limiting for adults), I simply am dying for new content.

The 'quit' option doesn't even tell you... It's unbelieveable.
'Are you sure?', well, yes I am. But maybe NOT if you told me the run will be considered a 'game over'.

Save Cloud and middle save run pleaseee

I find minimizing the game works as an alternate method until you can get back on and play. I am even able to put the computer to sleep this way. Just gotta turn sound of in the options before doing so because it still played while minimized.
