I get that there's a "Never show again" button but the game's still being updated...

Not sure what your complaint is. Is it that the message keeps popping up nagging you? Is it that the game won't play at all. Usually, though not always for sure, when I get one of thse messages I press OK and the game plays anyway. Normally this message pops up with old unsupported hardware. It can also happen with really new hardware that wasn't available when the game released originally.

The complaint was the game's still being updated and newer hardware hasn't been added to the list.
