I've been thinking about buying it but I'm not sure.

First of all, I want to make clear that I want to earn some money sellingl things in the Community Market like I do with CS:GO (which is really profit from time to time)

I was wondering if those who have GOLD pass can answer my doubts!

Just go read the update notes they were disabled some time ago but were activated for 2 weeks for polaris but 2 weeks passed already.

Generally put: there are cosmetics, skins, boxes, presents, and keys.

You can get one drop every twenty-four hours. It can be a Common, Uncommon, or Box item. The current Box you can obtain is the April 2017 Workshop Crate #2. From most likely to least likely: Common -> Uncommon -> Box. Eventually, this Box will be replaced by a new one in the future, and you will no longer be able to obtain it as a random playtime drop.

To clarify: the Gold DLC has never had an influence on random playtime drops. The perks tied to the DLC are listed in the description of its store listing.
