I tried to log in to do the event but would let me and i tried to fix it like uninstall and reinstall. and i finally fixed it to notice none of the maps are snow. is there a way to still do the event?

You missed the event so you'll have to wait to christmas again or you can try changing the date on your device via calender to see if it works
