So I've played this game for over a week now, (I know, I'm a noob), but I've had a major problem with the audio being extremely quiet. All my volume bars are up and VrChat is still quiet. I tried literally everything, and it didn't work. I even deleted the entire game and re downloaded it to find out that it still has this damn problem with the audio. Please help.

Are you sure this issue is tied to VR chat and not your volume mixer on your PC?
Note that I am asking this because if you play in VR, the volume mixer changes your target audio source and it might be on like 5% instead of 50% etc.

I don't play in VR.

But everything else has normal volume while VRchat is opened.

ok thats odd, maybe delete and re-download? usually fixes bugs and stuff :/ like doom 2016 on xbox, if u played when it was ready to start it would look like shadow town until you re-
downloaded it but if u tried then idk

It's been like that for a while now for me... I just turned up the computers main sound for playing VRChat and then have to remember to turn it back down after I log out otherwise I'll blow out my speakers lol.

I solved the problem. You go to Control Panel>Hardware and Sound> Adjust System Volume> and find VRChat. I hope this thread will be able to help others find out their problem.
