how do you use the ablity steel peak? it says you cant add it to your hotbar so how do you activate the ablity?

It replaces the Meditation button on your hotbar with Steel Peek when you are at max stacks of chakra instead of giving it it's own button. One of the ways they deal with button bloat in this game.

thanks i dont get why steel peak does not say it replaces meditation like meditation does.
