i know nobody does it but i still enjoy it somewhat. got all my sqauds to 60, i havnt given them any better gear (if you even can, i dont remember) is there anything else for me to do other than try and farm out the better chemisty's or doing a single mission a week for a voucher?

If you haven't gotten the max promotion then there's that. But otherwise yeah that's it.

With the 60% damage bonus, an Arcanist (or two if you're playing a non-dps role) can mow through dungeons pretty quickly if you want a decent alternative when grinding low-level jobs.

As far as actual progression for 'them' though, you two have already covered it.
