I do wonder though, could TT Games bring back the feature in the near future as a free update, its pretty disappointing to see such a cool feature be discontinued like that, especially after seeing it grow and be improved on over many years and countless games. RIP Character Creation

i dont know why they aren't doing it. Its been a staple in lego games. and it doesn't seem that difficult to implement.

nvm i just read something that makes sense there are to many characters it would probably delay the game alot longer

we are lucky to even be graced with this game

I never used the creation mechanic, while it is cool, I don't see why this feature is a dealer breaker.... A more deal breaker that I think should be talked about more is the lack of an online multiplayer co-op experience, but that's just me

yeah but i personaly don't think either of them are like massive deal breakers. the no online co-op is deffinantly the worse of the two tho

For the online experience I'm referring to the console, as they have zero way of playing with another person, for steam you can use steams version! I forgot the name but this game DOES have it!

no, there is likely never going to be a customizer in this game. It was too complex for them to figure out how to properly and efficiently implement it in the new, hellish mess of an engine they were forced to build this game in, which shows that it would be quite an undertaking to actually make it work.

If it DOES ever get added, it would be almost like a miracle, so I guess you can't say there is a 0% chance it won't happen, but it isn't very likely.

probably why it isnt in the game, but heres to hoping they add it in the near future

someone could mod it in THEORY but due to the new platform/software they used for this game I don't think it will ever happen. Lego never adds DLC to games after the release. They launch the dlc with it.

Understandable that they wouldnt want to delay the game even further, but Character Creation could come back in some form or fashion like an update
