I can join your discord or you join mine and show you that I am enabling mods in the "manage server" settings, both Workshop and Mods, and still the mods are not working in game. While in game as admin I can even view server settings and they are showing in the mod section.. but not actually working. At this point I'm near giving up and playing something else, HELP please!

Anyone? My wife, and brother are wanting to play this together with a couple quality of life mods, which is why I am here seeking assistance. I've never had such a problem hosting any game with mods, even when having to manually unzip and move files around.

What kind of mods are specifically not working?

Not a single one of them. Easy ones to see immediately upon character creation are: More description for traits, PZ-ClothingUI, AutotsarTrailers, Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars, Minimal Display Bars. They all show up under the mod section while in game as admin. But not a single one is actually visible/working. I have the mods enabled on the mod section, and also when entering server management settings in both mods/workshop.

A week ago it was working just fine when I had copied mod folders into different directories, but it was a bit convoluted and I couldn't tell exactly where they needed to go as I have Zomboid on my D: drive. Having several locations where steam has mod/workshop folders in D:, C:steam and C:Users. Then a single mod would update and screw it all up. I then found video/forum stating the in game method and it looked so much easier, but as simple as the instruction is, I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's not working.

Hmm, in that case can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
You can use any file sharing website of your choice. I can check the server logs and settings this way.
