There are 4 bosses in the 2nd half of the game where 1 of them is mandatory to progress the story forward but the other 3 I can’t seem to get to, has anyone figured out hot to get to them?

I forgot where but in the city of Cyslodia

1. is in the tower
2.another one you need to start a fishing quest for to get to him.
3.third one go to the library in the third city .Walk around until the scene triggers.

i dont believe the library flower is one of them, because if story fire boss is one and tower is 2 and the green plains is 3 then ice beast would be 4 but i still dont have alphens crest unlocked for that achievement so im missing one that isn't part of these
its not the library one but its the tower, the lava cave, the secret cave on the islands, and 4th is in the plains.

Also, if the Phantom Flower quest actually were one of the lights, since it uses all of the elements it would have a name that would somehow reference Maxwell. The names of the four lights bosses all reference four of the spirits found in many Tales games - Undine, Gnome, Sylph and Efreet.
