Bronze, Silver and Gold

I'm posting this here because it got no action in Support forums or SOE General forum.

A grave mistake was made when they eliminated the Bronze (green) level for new accounts. Several thousand accounts are now stuck in Bronze forever. If one goes Gold, instead of dropping back to Silver when the time runs out, they go back to Bronze.

What's wrong with people being eternally bronze/green status in Everquest?

1. Not being able to get out of the newbie players' channel. Or join general.

2. Losing access to character slots compared to silver accounts.

3. Not accumulating any loyalty points, even slowly.

4. Maybe not being able to use the parcel merchant?

Would it be SO hard for you to make bronze players drop back to silver after their gold

status expires? REALLY????
