It may be unrelated but I get to about 4 minutes remaining and then is insta-crashes my PC. I've stopped the download and I can play other Steam games fine.

took me a few hours of trying to download then reinstalling steam and now its doing nothing when it gets to steam workshop auto downloads, steam is fubared bad now.

I've been having issues like that recently too, I found that increasing the post processing graphical setting seemed to remove them for me.

I've been getting these too but mine only shows up when looking at certain textures. Maybe it's a driver issue? My drivers auto update and I've tried resetting the graphics many times to no avail.

I had this problem too. I just reset the graphics settings in game and changed some things around and it went away.

normally i'd say it's an issue with your monitor or display cable but since it shows in the screenshot that can't be the case.. try updating\reinstalling graphics drivers

Put it in your server launch line, dino wipe and it should be gone, apart from the ground texture issue.

Roll back your video drivers. I had the same issue with Nvidias new drivers, I rolled back to 399.29 and haven't had an issue since.
