Its a bug with the unreal engine. Epic did fix it but i dont think ark is on the newest build. Some people will tell you to under clock your graphics card but thats not going to help. If you run in DX..

some , on lunar , need to place chair under water so you need scuba , able to fish in arctic ponds from a gas bag , also fish in Ocean terrarium's , some have ponds . but so far most bp's have been on..
