Also if you're starting off on Ragnarok Highlands NE is the best starting location. You can tame and ride a Equus at like lvl 10 or something. They're passive tames, and crops grow nearby wildly so yo..

So 2020 and it's still happening. Just happened to me for the first time while in a cave. Died from rabies. I'm on single player, so I can spawn my missing items. Still annoying, though.
