I've never had a problem with any game installation except for ARK.The main reason for that is there is no other game that use so much space on disk.And when you know that ARK makes you download files..

Not saying there isn't a problem, saying it's not a broken DLC. A simple google search will show you the same exact problem happens to numerous games on steam. Dota2 for whatever reason use to do this..

You could try OCCT, or go play a very long Red2 session? I was more thinking it couldn't put out enough power under load, which would be the first sign, rather than standard signs of a really bad PSU...
